Not sure what happened but the latest version of this app completely locked up and shut down. Restarted my phone to check if it was the problem only to be met with the same issue when I clicked on the red bubble app

Ordered a shirt about a week ago and I paid an extra $13 for express shipping so I could get it within the week. Express shipping told me I would have it by the 15th but once my order shipped it told me the 16th, that’s rational and not a problem for me to wait one extra day but now it’s the 17th and I still don’t have my package and now it’s telling me it’s going to arrive on the 18th. This really wouldn’t be a big deal if I didn’t spend an extra $13 just for it to arrive (maybe) 3 days late. Not to mention the “customer support” isn’t any help and only tells me stuff I already know and they make it purposely difficult to get any help or a refund. To be clear I don’t blame the seller/artist as they have no control over shipping I just think

So far this app is great! There does seem to be a problem with looking at some of the options, such as bedding, but my biggest problem is I cant find anywhere to create items on the app. I have listed 3 items through the website and there is no problem there, but I cant even find the add button. Ive looked EVERYWHERE
They canceled my order!!!!

I had ordered from them before with no issue but they just canceled my order for no reason!!! They don’t have a number to call you have to wait for someone to email you. Currently they’re all backed with requests but yet they have time to email me promotions and deals. They are JERKS!!!!!
