I really enjoy using Red Box especially with all that is going on right now. It would be Nice if you all could get some of the Movies they have already put Out on Netflix. Thank you all that you do, to ensure that we are receiving the Newest Movies that are available.

Switching Banks!
My on-demand will no longer work. It has been malfunctioning for over a year. I tried logging in with my friend's phone to watch a movie. We were unable to do so using his new iPhone. This app is worthless without its on-demand feature.

Worst app ever. Poor on demand streaming resolution on iPad. On demand download slow and intermittent. Paid for a movie I can’t watch!
Mediocre Titles, Mediocre Software

I used to rent movies almost every week. Over the past few years, the available titles have become so weak, it’s hard to find anything worthwhile. How many zombie movies can one stand to watch, after all? The Kiosk software also seems to need upgrades. I get error messages, dropped reservations in the middle of a transaction, confusion about which credit card was charged, which location the disk is at, etc.

When a title is no longer available it should automatically be removed from the bag and the location reset to “all locations”
Error on app

Click on movie to rent after it says it has it but then it errors and I can’t get the movie. Keeps happening.
