Tried to rent a movie and had to sign up for another service which also charged my card. Won’t be using anymore.

I like the app. Easy to navigate titles. Like the fact you can save favorite Redboxes to pick up the movies. However, there seems to be a bug in disc selection. I would choose blu-ray, then a Redbox, then when I go to checkout it would say that I can’t get the blu-ray and now I have a dvd in my bag. So I remove the title, back out, and then select the movie again and now it won’t give me the option to choose blu ray at another Redbox. It is stuck on my previous Redbox location. So I have to exit out of the app and restart it. It’s a bit annoying. Not sure why they dropped the feature where it would grey out the Redboxes (even my favorites ones) that don’t carry the title in the disc type you want.
App is ok, can be improved

The app can be confusing. I wish they would bring back the category selection by rating. Another thing, when you select movies and add to wish list, after you see them, there’s no remove off the list selection.
Streaming fails and in not recoverable

Streaming movies fail by freezing up and just presenting a black screen. Happens every attempt.
Commercial ads not being shown during commercial break on Free Live TV

While I was watching Baywatch Remastered 24/7 Channel on iPad, when the channel takes a commercial break, the ads are not being shown on iPad during the break, please fix the iPad app where ads be shown for Free Live TV, thanks.

An add literally popped up while I was looking at renting a movie that said if I get 2, I would get $0.50 off. So I clicked out of it, added a 2nd movie, and no $0.50 off anywhere. Poor service!

Often does not work properly or rejects a choice. When calling tech support I’m simply told “go to the website and rent.”
