So easy to reserve in the app! Worlds better than standing at the box and scrolling ;) I’d love to give 5 stars, but.... Not being able to see when you’ll lose points is a real bummer and seems like something we should have access to. Saying that they expire in a year is good to know, but with access to dates we could use them up before they’re gone. It’s pretty disappointing to know there are enough for a rental, just to have them not be there when you want to use them. Sometimes expanding the map area is difficult; definitely not intuitive.

Every time I open the app i get the message CONNECTION ERROR. What’s the problem??

I could not change our default pickup location in order to pickup at another location (grocery store) that we are going to. This would save us time by not having to stop at the gas station.

A Good Alternative To Streaming

Fortunately, we have a Redbox very near our home. We subscribe to Netflix and have other streaming opportunities via Xfinity. However, Redbox is so convenient and inexpensive, it’s a nice alternative. Tonight, we’re renting a first-run movie with a coupon. In my mind, Redbox still has a valuable place in the in-home video rental market.
