I never thought I’d go backward and start renting DVD’s again. Redbox has made it simple and easy. I also like the fact that I earn points toward new rentals with just about every purchase. Keep it up Redbox!
Audio description change

I rented 4 movies today and they are all in English I want to be able to see the audio description before I rent them it’s just a waste of money

We've been using Redbox for YEARS. Overall we usually have a pleasant experience. Haven't used much lately because Hollywood is putting out mediocre (or less) content more and more. We are using streaming services to watch older shows & movies. Redbox customer service is usually pretty good. Only thing I'd like to see change is return time maybe changed to midnight.

We still rent dvds. You can’t stream all the titles. And you miss out on extras and trailers/previews on streamed movies. Thanks for a great service!

I can save a trip to the Redbox if the movie I am looking for is not available and if it is I can go to the Redbox it has it.
Always get a no connection message

I’ve been having this problem for months with the app. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app about five times and still get no connection message. I used to love the ease of using the app, but now I’ve been reduced to having to use my internet browser, which is kinda a headache...

Not enough Blu-ray . Think I’m going to start looking other places to rent movies. I refuse to pay higher prices to stream.
