The app works. But only by manually searching your location unless you want full time tracking enables. Absolutely unacceptable.

Ditto to everyone's complaints about using location services all the time. There needs to be an option to use location services only while using the app. I can't think of any reason Redbox would need to know where I am except for when I'm using the app. Otherwise, pretty good app. But this is a huge problem.

Sorry for the dramatic review, because other than one issue it really is a great app. But that one issue is such a major oversight. The app uses your location CONSTANTLY and zaps your battery life. And in the Location Services menu they only give you "Always" and "Never". This would all go away if they just added the "While Using App" option. I thought they would have fixed it by now.

Invasive GPS tracking even when not using the app! WHY? Phone battery life is cut almost in half just so BB can see exactly where you are and when! WHY? This is too much information accessible to a faceless and unsecured company. They rent movies but demand the ability to track you 24/7! WHY?

Until there is a "Only when using the app" option for location services I will no longer be using this app, which is a shame. It's great otherwise.

Which in my usage means always off Why in this day and age has the app not been set for location services when open only?!

Still doesn't recognize my email/password 9/15/16. That combination works on my computer and in my phone browser. The app needs to be updated. It has worked since I got the iPhone 6s over a year ago.

Location services is either always on or off. This will drain your battery and there is no reason for Red Box to track you 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I will be deleting the app until they fix this. Location services should only be on while using the app.
