Connection Error??

All of a sudden, I’m receiving a Connection Error when I try to open my Redbox app. I’ve tried everything: uninstalling app then reinstalling and restarting phone. Any ideas??

The promos should be more easily applied. You really have to know what you're doing or you could checkout very easily without realizing you missed how to apply the promo.

Really like the idea but navigation and finding how to watch something specific is frustrating.

Sound and video synchronization totally off and I called customer service twice, 10 minutes before close. They hung up on me twice. I’ll call tomorrow and hopefully get a refund aincw I can’t watch the movie. I’ll never rent on Redbox on demand or disc rental again.
Will not connect using a VPN

So why exactly is Redbox the only site that does not allow a connection through a VPN??? Seems like you all are extremely vulnerable to a data breach like everyone else. I apologize for not trusting yet another company to eventually have a data breach and offer me $4.00 for my trouble.
Won’t let you try a new location

My movie got taken as I checked out but didn’t give me an option to select a different pick up. Had to go back select a different movie a different place then remove and start over.
