Awful customer service – REDBOX: Rent, Stream & Buy Review

Sound and video synchronization totally off and I called customer service twice, 10 minutes before close. They hung up on me twice. I’ll call tomorrow and hopefully get a refund aincw I can’t watch the movie. I’ll never rent on Redbox on demand or disc rental again.
