Problems after iOS update

Camera has worked great but after latest iOS update I’m unable to replay stored recordings on app and all but impossible to find support email/phone number

Your app needs a lot of bugs to be fix. Compared to other apps like Arlo or relolink and Foscam you rank last . Notifications so I call for tech support, they tell me to use another app that works better, then the notifications still has a bug every time I clear it . When a notification comes up the count it still up from previous???? I was told it would clear after 30 days what kind of reset button is that. The notifications enable does not work.

Use this application in conjunction with pairing your doorbell to your Wi-Fi. Using this app for the first time was fairly straightforward. It allowed me to set up my doorbell rather easily. One problem I noticed was if you had to pair your doorbell with your Wi-Fi a second time. The second time was not near as easy. The directions were poor at best. It left out a lot of needed information, for instance, my doorbell does not accommodate 5 gig connections. After doing a lot of research I was able to draw that conclusion. Also when viewing the camera and rotating my phone 90° to watch The video footage. It would not allow me to turn my phone back vertically and switch views. It would simply lock there. I would in turn have to shut the application down and restart it. That’s a bug that really should be fixed. Setting up the camera and areas that would be triggered what is not as intuitive as it could have been. Setting up the app for notifications on your phone was fairly easy and works as it should. All in all the application was OK but not without its problems.

I like that I can view the cameras from my phone. But the notifications don’t work and viewing more than one camera at a time it doesn’t always let you see the first 4 so it will pull up one that has no camera connected. Hope they can fix these things.

Recent doorbell camera update ruined the night vision and day time is saturated with yellow. It looked amazing before. Please fix!!!!

Signing in to see who is at the door.

The only problem I have is by the time I get to see who is at the door, they have left because it takes to many steps to answer. I have to sign in every time with my thumb print instead of just clicking the notifications. My sister has Ring and she never has to sign in. The picture is clear is the only good thing I can say because I’m so frustrated that it takes so long to get into the app. I don’t understand why I have to sign in every time. I can literally be down stairs in the basement and walk a flight of stairs to answer the door before getting on signed into the app to see who is at the door. Please fix this!!!! I’m so disappointed.

If I code give no stars I would. The QR scanner in the setup doesn’t work, making it impossible to even start the “easy” installation of my RCA camera. Fix your app, or start giving refunds

No app support

Emailed using the link here which goes to a site with no working email. The App Store was not clear and there are multiple emails on Voxx website. My rca security app iPhone 8plus most up to date iOS and RCA app Shows offline but the doorbell cam is actually working fine and recording video. I just can’t do live view. App thinks it’s offline even if it’s actually working. Hoping there will be a bug fix or advice on this.
