Love the App, needs an iPad-optimized version

Love this App, works great on my iPhone! I also use it on the iPad, but it is not an iPad-Native App, just running the iPhone version which doesn’t give full-screen view and often messes up the on-screen overlays. Would really like to see an iPad-native App version!!
Unstable/slow load

App could be improved by increasing the speed of the video loading time, sometimes loads quickly, other times does not fully load but pauses at 90% or less and then have to close app and reopen. Also when on home view and press video history the app will often crash and close. Good functionality when works properly. Please continue to work on upgrading.

This RCA security camera fixture and the associated app started out good but after update(s) the app does not stay logged in, and therefore it does not send me push notifications unless I go and log into it daily. With that said, if offers absolutely no security benefits. My house could be getting robbed as I type this but I won’t find out until I get home to find out about it.

The tools are modest however they are easy to use and find. There’s a bug that needs squashing. I currently have to log in twice-each time i open the app. Path. log in via iPhone (iOS 13.3) using Touch ID, the app asks for email and PW. I quit the app, log in again with Touch ID logs into the app. It’s getting boring team, fix this.

I like that I can view the cameras from my phone. But the notifications don’t work and viewing more than one camera at a time it doesn’t always let you see the first 4 so it will pull up one that has no camera connected. Hope they can fix these things.

It’s like a lot of the reviews say RCA needs to fix the logging in everyday issue. Even with Touch ID, Face ID, and Save Password set your required to enter the app password making the option completely useless to set. Once fixed I’ll update the review.
No point in Face ID

Why allow Face ID when you have to constantly enter password everyday? When someone rings doorbell by the time the app is opened password is entered they are leaving.
Log in problem

I am also having problems as others are having with log in screen saving password. Please update app so I do not have to log in every time even though I use Face ID on iphone

App is a little buggy. I use it on my iPhone 7 Plus and my iPad mini and they both react very similar. I think it needs a full screen option on the screen as it can be a bit cumbersome to alternate between the two. Could also use a better description as to using the app itself.. otherwise it does great for what it supposed to do. Motion sensor is very sensitive at times..

Camera is too sensitive and there is no way to adjust it from the app. There’s no alternative to distinguish between notifications and as another reviewer put it in notifications just add up every second until there’s too many to easily delete.
