After shopping around trying other banks and credit unions, none compare to RBFCU. The app has never failed me.
What happened?

Software changed and does not let me contact help desk or transfer within the RBFCU network without sending funds to credit card.

Do not believe the total it gives you after every transactions and it’s bs if they say it’s because the transactions are pending because I payed attention to my transactions going through fully , the only thing that wouldn’t change is my available balance. So to explain I screenshotted my last transaction which started at 28.00 dollars , and I had bought food. So tell me why I go back to see my available balance and it says 33 or 35 something like that , and I know for a fact no money was put in by me , only taken out , I bought food calculating to what I for sure knew I really had left in my account , and somehow these RBFCU SCAMMERS, left me in the -1.91 balance so now I have to pay them back the overdraft fee that they created themselves . This is the third time it happened but seeing that they made it seem like I had more than I knew I had just made me mad , now I know for sure it’s not pending transactions taking my money it’s just the greedy bank. Don’t get the app and don’t get with the bank.
Useless app

Useless app. Not all pending transaction are reflected in your balance. Fees are then changed when you use your card based on your balance. Bank will not refund fees. Suggest using more modern bank. They are not focusing on serving members.
Literally can’t log in

Asks me to set up a security question and then tells me the answer to that is wrong.
Buggy with Touch ID

When I log in using Touch ID, the app closes, then I have to open it again. It’d be nice if I could log in and not have to open it again.

I can never open this app on my iPhone 8 so far I do not like iPhone 8 and it’s past the 14 days for me to return it to Sprint and this is just one of the problems I have with this phone

i just really want notifications that let you know when money comes in and out and it tells you your balance even when your not in the app
