I love this app. It's so easy to use. When I send a picture of a check it deposits very soon the same day. Also, I love the sound effects when I transfer money.
Not an improvement
i'm sad!
The updated app is not an improvement from the last version. It's a little prettier, but it doesn't auto-fill the password to log in anymore. This is more of a nuisance than I expected.
It is the worst bank application I've used

1) It is the worst app to bill pay. 2) does not let you see all the info of your billers and unable to edit or rename it in mobile app. 3) after log in, I hate to log in again when I need to pay bills 4) difficult to transfer money outside rbfcu. 5) it does not let you save favorite people that I already transferred money outside rbfcu, it only let you save favorite account for transfer inside rbfcu

I haven't been able to use my RBFCU app for over 2 months. Every time I log in, it says "Your session has expired." Very inconvenient to have to go through the Internet and do everything on the desktop site on a mobile device.

This app is great for monitoring all my accounts and offers from RBFCU. The app is 5 star due to simplicity of use and functionality. The only negative is the Apple Watch compatibility. The functionality is severely limited. I like to know how much I have in my accounts, but also need to monitor the transactions. Please add a way to view more details within the accounts. This would take your app to the next level and give Apple Watch users more usability.

The app needs to be worked on. One thing that happens on the regular basis, is the issue with pending charges and amounts of money in each account. For example, last night, I had $153 in checking and I showed no pending charges. I spent $13, leaving $140 in my checking. Then this morning when I checked my account, I showed to only have $40 left and multiple charges that were cleared last night from 1-2 weeks ago. This is a constant issue, and consistently causes me financial problems thinking I have more money than what I really do. These charges need to be cleared nightly, if not immediately.

Takes absolutely FOREVER to load on startup. I can get on my laptop and log in online faster than this app will open. The widget to show balances worked for maybe a day, and now it's just blank. eDeposit isn't great either. It never wants to accept the check photo I get. Basically have to take a photo with professional photography lighting to get a good enough shot. This app is becoming a nuisance.

It takes me 5 minutes to try to get a single picture of the back of a check when trying to deposit via phone. It says it's too light so I take a half step further into a darker area and then it says it's too dark. I cannot win
