This online banking app just keeps getting better! I like the recent enhancements.

Great App

HatchPackers12

Really easy and user friendly.

Easy to use

Ekpedemic

What a great app! Love using it to monitor my accounts, make transfers, etc., without having to log in on my laptop.

No support for credit card transactions

jtpaw210

Good app but there is still no support for viewing credit card transactions.

Needs some work: scheduled vs pending

Arty81

Scheduled payments show up as pending payments in the app. However, the available balance doesn't reflect that. It would appear that the available balance displayed is your actual available balance. This can potentially be problematic for those individuals that only use the app. On the desktop site, scheduled payments do not change your available balance until they become pending so you are aware and can account for the upcoming scheduled transaction. It's confusing just trying to explain the difference. I'm not sure why RBFCU even has two different transaction types for deductions from your account.

Good app except Pending Transactions

Kelsal91

Lately, my pending transactions is just constantly loading. It never updates, leaving me concerned and confused. It is very frustrating.

Does the job

Lilemama79

Works great with only minor glitches

Why no Touch-ID?

Jennahtx

Good app, but why oh why did you forget Touch-ID??? Entering passwords on a Touch-ID iPad is ridiculous! Fix this!!!

Doesn't work 1/3 of the the time.

BeeMe0913

1/3 of the time the app shows that I have no accounts. Takes either me shutting down my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app for it to work again. Or I just leave it be for a while. It's a pain when in a pinch.

Mostly Good

This app makes balance transfers and depositing checks easy but I would really benefit from receiving low balance notifications like my chase app sends.
