Will not refresh balance when not logged into account. Reinstalled app and worked for a little bit but will not refresh any more.

On my iPhone the app works great, but whenever I try opening it up on my Apple Watch, it keep saying "No Balance Available"! And it also has a error symbol displayed on it! Very frustrating, please fix Apple Watch app!

Upgraded my phone, so I had to reverify my information. Unfortunately the company where RBFCU is getting some the questions or information has merge my information with someone else. It's hard to give the age of people you have never met before. I'm no longer able to use the app due to this issue.

It is all but impossible to tell the actual status of your account with this app. My Quick Balance shows I have a negative balance in my account! Frantically login online to check the balance that's Cleared (because the app doesn't tell you) and what's Pending. But Cleared minus Pending still gives me a positive balance in my account, so I have no idea where this negative number came from. And online gives you 3 different balances, but none of them are consistently Cleared minus Pending, which is the most useful number to know in your account. Bill Pay is not user friendly - and who still requires a second login for Bill Pay? Someone is going to hack in to my account but be stumped because they can't send themselves a check? Edeposits - if the back picture keeps saying it's too light, draw a line under the endorsement area to separate it from the area the bank put their information. A pain yes, but it keeps you from having to try to find the perfect light and perfect angle.

Ok so I did not have the app installed on my phone. I normally do all my bill paying from my computer. I installed the app and spent 30 minutes being confused as to how to actually get to the correct transfer page (incoming transfer from outside source, another credit union) within the app and to correctly input all the info, which I had to leave the app numerous time to copy/past that info from another app into this app. What a load of crap. This is ridiculous and not at all convenient. What took maybe 2 minutes on my computer and was easy is no longer. What was the reasoning behind removing that functionality from the website?

Love the new app. It's great having pending and completed transaction and transfer options on the same page
