Terrible UI ?

The app needs major update. The UI is terrible, the bill pay is the worst part of it, very confusing. I think RBFCU is a good bank but the mobile app is really bad.


Love EDeposit (mostly)

Logging in is awkward, as you land on the login page, have to press login, then you can get to accounts. EDeposit is fantastic. Auto capture the check and auto enters the amount. One downside I just discovered is when there is an error with the deposit, you cannot get out of the help page. No way to get back! (iPhone XS)


I do not wish RBFCU upon anyone.

They have taken so much money from poor people who have never had the privilege or means of learning financial responsibility. Disabled military veterans beware.


This is the worst and stupid app I have ever used

It’s so inconvenient, sometimes led you to a dead end, and couldn’t comeback. I have to delete it and reinstall, how stupid program it is. I try to setup paperless, it brought me to a page I never can get out, make me so frustrated. I have to delete this app and reinstall.

The app feels very antiquated and glitchy. Definitely needs some work. Bill pay isn’t accurate. The app will say one thing and the website another!

The app works but it has a lot issues, spending and debit and credit doesn’t show a balance after that. It used to show all of that before till later upgrade even the website is same issue, I feel betrayed and I’m already taking steps to stop banking with RBFCU. I just like managing my money and they took that way.


I’ve always loved this app

The eDeposit is fabulous. I love the locator and all the features. Only thing I’d like to see added is getting into the account using Face ID the same way I could use Touch ID to get in on my older phone. I’m sure that update will be added soon enough but it would definitely make things smoother in hurried moments!


Continuous updates causing fault

I've been a Randolph brooks member since I was in high school and have had this app for many years. Overall this app used to be awesome, but every single time it's updated there is glitches. Right now I have transactions from my debit card that do not show as pending or anything which is unacceptable to not know how much money you truly have. It makes me want to use cash only. This isn't the only problem I've had, countless times I find myself on the phone with customer support coming to find out it's just the app that isn't relaying information properly. IF IT ISN'T BROKEN DON'T FIX IT!
