Abysmal UI and UX

Using on an iPad is painful. Did no one test Bill Pay on iPad workflow?

First off, I love this credit union. Though the latest update is terrible for bill-pay purposes. Before, it was a bit tedious to have to log in again for the purpose of setting up payments. But now that it's an automatic log-in, it's not simplistic whatsoever. Needs serious updates in this realm. At that time it will be much better. I'm having to log in from the website right now in order to achieve this goal.

The best banking app was from Chase. There was never a "pending" bull crap thing. Even if you implied a tip, that night when the transaction would close from the restaurant, it would reflect on the app. I wish RBFCU would adopt that. Rid the Pending system, and you'll get 5 stars easily. ?

It would be great if there was more ATM’s in the San Antonio area. Give this review 3 stars because it’s a inconvenience when needing to go to the ATM having to travel all the way across town just to access funds.

It hasn’t loaded in the last couple weeks. I’ve used this app religiously for years & it’s always been great. It randomly stopped cooperating.

I would like to be able to use my Face ID instead of having to type in my password every time


Good design, having an issue with quick balances.

App works well; however with this new update I sometimes can’t view my balances in the notifications view. Would be nice if that was fixed, I’ve come to use that a great deal.

In attempt to update statement preferences for my credit card, I was connected me to netbranch through the app however there was difficulty connecting and loading while trying to enter the pdf code at the verification and agreement page. Also trouble loading to the page that provides delivery options. I ended up trying several times with failure before leaving the app and using google browser. This way, it was done in one try unlike through the app.
