Could be improved

It would be nice if after selecting the item and amount, it would confirm that it was added in your cart. I keep checking the cart to make sure it’s in there. A couple of times for some reason, two of the items I chose 1 didn’t make it in so I had to do it again
No way to review and change tips

Despite its great workflow, there is no way to view or change tipping even though upon ordering it explicitly says you can. I messaged support 10 days ago and got no response.
Not easy to use

I’m an older guy. Sorry but it was difficult for me to work the app. I think I finally figured it out. We hope to see a delivery today and that would be great!
Pick up!

You start out in one type of say pick up. You get the hole cart filled out and to go on. Then it says that there are no openings for pick up. So go to change to delivery, but the cart says it is empty! You go back to cart and it is all there! But you can not change the way you get it. So have to empty my cart and start all over again. Not an easy solution to change!

It was very frustrating that after several times trying to order with Instacart they wouldn’t deliver to my address They l used Ralphs . Com and ran into the same thing lead to use a friend’s address to make my order. I will bet it is more miles to that address than mine.

This app is about a 1 out of 10 on ease of use. I do a lot of ordering online, and never ever one this frustrating.

Order placed Monday night. Earliest delivery is Sunday @10:00am. 3nd time. 1st time ordered Wesley Thursday 1:00am the delivery Tuesday, Apr. 7 9:00am.

Need a scanner to scan coupons from home to surrender upon pickup or make the coupon null on the account. Just for Ralph’s coupons or either.
Pharmacy aspect is WAY OFF

What the hell is going on with this app and the pharmacy portion?!?! I’ve used it for years to refill my medications and check when things are due. They don’t even have my medications right, doctors listed I’ve never heard of in my life, and my most recent refills as MONTHS ago instead of last months. Done with this app
