Navigating through the app can be confusing. It isn’t to find your way around and move back to a prior screen. Need to have a clearer path to discern between pickup and delivery carts and lists.

This thing is useless. There are stores listed for pickup or delivery but none of the stores listed actually do any pickup or deliver For items that you want shipped, none of the items are actually there They list their inventory but nothing is actually ever available

This application needs some work. Wouldn't accept my address and yet I selected on your list. Would not deliver. Pick up isn't for a week. Very difficult to see what's in your cart.

This app isn’t bad... it doesn’t work at all!!! I’ve tried it twice, a month apart. Just keep getting an error message under delivery that it “cannot verify address”. When I try pick-up, there are “no time slots available”. Read through recent reviews, I’m not alone. Convinced any good reviews and the only reason this has as high a rating as it does are planted reviews by bots or employees. Why not just FIX IT. ?♂️

Constantly displaying unable verify my address error when checking out delivery cart even though I’ve had multiple deliveries in the past weeks. After constantly rebooting the app, I was able to get pass checkout, but then I was told delivery time was not available multiple times even though the delivery time was still available after rebooting again and again to get pass the verify address error. I had to select a delivery time multiple hours past the previous delivery time to get the order to complete. Really frustrating!

This app looks really nice but it’s not organized at all. I waste my time trying to find my card to order everything for pick up. Searching items isn’t easy as it should be. If I showed this app to my coding friend in Brazil, I know he would be upset an annoyed and try to make a better app. Please restructure this app. You should also take into consideration of ease for older adults and elderly who aren’t tech savvy and are trying to use this app. Hope to see a change soon??

I was so thankful for my ‘shopper’ Monica A. This was my first time ordering groceries for delivery and Monica was really great with keeping me up to date with any questions she had as far as a needed replacement. She was quick with our delivery. We were so happy with using this delivery we are placing our third order tonight. If there is a way to request my shopper, I would love to request Monica A

Very hard to get though the program. It seemed I had to go through everything two or three times just to get our order done.
