Do not like expired coupons are in my coupons in the app. How do I delete them or set so they are not displayed.

Cant update any information. Trying to change my email and it says my profile can’t be found as I’m already logged in. Then it won’t update my phone number for the rewards card it says there’s a syncing error.

This app wiped out my grocery list and my digital coupons! Not a very good fix on the update 4 days ago. This is the 3rd time this has happened.

In the past few weeks the app is crap !!!! Is randomly Deleting items from the cart, takes me 15 minutes to order because I have to check and double check everything. Your updates are fixing anything !!!!!’

Difficult to navigate

This app is extremely hard to see and even harder to find things. The font and pictures are so s,all they are al,ost worthless. It can take forever to go thru the coupons and add them to the order. Very poorly set up...
Kroger Pay setup does not work

Was looking forward to using the app, but one of the main reasons why I downloaded it was to setup Kroger Pay for touch less payments. No matter what, I get a message saying “technical difficulties” whenever I try to even set it up. Disappointing, will try again if they fix the issue.

This app is impossible to work. I’ve tried for almost 2 days to place an order for pickup. The people at my Ralph’s on Victoria in Ventura. I called the number I was given and the person was incompetent. Make this easier to navigate please.
