Cameras are good, image quality is good but when using the mobile app it does nothing but crash....says “Device Offline”.

I have had Q-See systems for years. While they can be frustrating, (what isn’t from time to time), I really like the system. They improve the performance. I have an Apple IPhone. It works well.
Much improved , works for me most of time,
