QTH916 For me this system is ok. Sometimes the feed can't find a camera but getting it back was not that difficult. My biggest complaint is that the system can't discriminate between a shadow or a spiderweb causing so many false alarms you will probably have to turn off the alarm features assuming your cameras are outside. I also wish they had a front door camera with two way communications. I.e. Two way audio. The system is high quality and the video is great. Night video is ok.

QTsee QT view is a good surveillance system directly to a monitor connected to box, but nearly impossible when trying to access remotely via iPhone. I am frustrated and refuse to pay additional yearly fees for support. Really disappointed looked like a great idea when I first saw it.

My app got updated on my phone but now I am not able to see any of my cameras in my house at all. Can you help me with this issue ? My number is 360 556-0637 my name is Lilly serhan thank you

Network Error: at least once a week, I am unable to see my cameras due to a network error. I end up having to delete the Q-See server off my phone and manually re-adding it via scanning the q code at the monitor/DVR at my home.
Poor connection

This is the worst camera system I’ve used. Sometimes it connects with no problem but most of the time it’s a failed connection. Most unreliable. Ripping cameras out and putting in Nest cameras.

This app rarely connects with the camera system. When it does work it’s great but it’s way too unreliable. It’s been over a month since I was last able to get a connection. I basically gave up and just rely on watching footage from the DVR. Hope they put effort into fixing it as the mobile app was a big selling point for me.
