i didnt pay so im ok

I use the cameras when they are working but I am glad I am not the one that invested the money. The pictures are frozen more than not. I will see someone stand up in one room and be out the garage door before seeing them again and I only know they are out the garage door cause I see it closing.

App for iPhone Xs Max not good

This app doesn’t work for my iPhone Xs Max. Surprisingly, this app Q-See QT view works very well with my iPhone 5s and iPhone 7 plus. I tried restarting my phone , deleting and reinstalling the app but didn’t work with iPhone Xs Max. I should know coz I’m testing the app with my 3 iphones. Pls fix the issue with iPhone Xs Max. Follow up review .. works with iPhone Xs Max now but works on and off even it’s has internet connection. I have to delete device then add again ( same device ) then it will work for short period of time...annoying.

Sometimes takes 30 minutes just to watch 5 minutes of video, very frustrating. Also, consider adding a button to skip forward 30 seconds, rather than try to move the timeline manually.

Bad cameras. Bad app. Bad customer service. Bad video quality. App constantly disconnects! Cameras malfunctioning after 7 months. Don’t do it!
