Timeline at bottom of app doesn’t match time of day (off by one hour). Been having issue with app on iPhone. Not connecting. If I reboot app, sometimes it works.
Needs update!!!now

Please update this app and the classic view to IOS 11.1 To loading cameras at all. Slow as hell

The large overhead camera is practically useless, as it only works four or five times a month. The small tabletop camera is better, more reliable. If it weren’t for it, we’d be requesting a refund.
Internet concerns

Do not always get internet access to view our cameras on line. Please correct this problem!

No matter if I am on home Wifi or using phone connection while away, my LAN connected security system takes upward of 3-5 minutes to connect
