Server problems

Sometimes the server goes down and I cannot monitor my cameras through the mobile app. That’s quite inconvenient. .

This system is completely junk have to reset 2 or 3 times a month cameras go out way too much to use for anything IP erases it self and if you call the company they won’t help unless you pay for them just to talk to you and yes they are brand new

Can’t see my cctv on my iPhone after a year and 4 months. We tried to reboot it but still not working. We uninstall the software and re install it, still not working.
Since they changed from the classic app I can’t login

I called customer service after they changed the app and I have to pay just to get help logging in.

It seams to time out and won’t work for several days at a time. The unit won’t connect to my internet. I have a strong single in my home but it won’t work. Several time I would need to disconnect power to the unit and have it reboot before it would connect to the internet.
