Loads slow

It takes over a minute to load the inbox on my mobile app. Customer not on the line. When a connection is lost, Zillow should give us the number and let us follow up. I’m better at follow up. Zillow is still a positive ROI. Thanks, Stefan
Don’t pay for this sight

The worst. If you don’t answer when they call you don’t get the lead. Don’t waste your money. This site it a total rip off.

Actual buyers who want to see properties! Of course you have to filter them, but that comes with any lead generating service!
No stars.. only harassment since I downloaded this app

I have had a few good leads before ...but after continuous urging by Zillow I downloaded the app ... the result: 12 or more spam harassment notifications ...first I thought it was a new ridiculous code scheme of strange letters & called 3 of the listed phone numbers. Not in service! Then I wrote & asked Zillow for help & received a message to upgrade what I was paying. Nothing else to do but remove the app.
Where is everything?

It’s difficult to navigate. I just finished a showing with a Zillow contact who I “met” on the phone 2 hrs ago. When I tried to leave notes about the first showing, I only found another house she viewed on Zillow so we went to see that one too. Now I want to leave notes about the interaction. Where can I do that?? Susan

The app is slow and you need Constant logging in.

It’s disappointing how many dropped connection I have received. On the dropped connections I still received an Alert of a ghost lead from this app. Does Zillow count this as a connection? So far I’m not Impressed with this app and the leads I’m receiving. The leads are terrible!!!
