1st week no leads

I have signed up for the starter package for new agents , 1 week in NO LEADS !! The only contact I’ve gotten so far was from a salesman from Homes.com , trying to sell me leads
Does not accurately update

Your app permits reviews for agents however it takes several days to even weeks for reviews to post, if they even post at all. The response time in getting issues with the app resolved is time consuming. I have an easier time at the mall on Black Friday waiting in line to purchase a new Apple iPhone than getting a response from the Zillow team.
Don’t bother.
Sell a home
If you are spending money you won’t need the App because you won’t get leads. You only get leads when they are trying to sell you something or when you threaten to cancel

Why do Realtors pay for Zillow again??

First off, I can’t get the walk-through video function to actually upload through the app. Zillow tech support told me I need to be using the latest version of 12.4.8. However, my App Store says the latest version is 5.12.0. So how are we supposed to use the latest version when it’s not available to us?? I pay to have these issues why??

The app constantly gives error messages. Any request for help goes totally unanswered! This is by far the worst app I’ve used as an agent. Needs major improvement!

K Moving Forward
At this time leads are being placed under my profile that should not count towards my required monthly average. How do we alter that so I get the leads I’m paying for? I don’t mind getting these types of leads, but my agreement for joining was to get qualified buyers in my zip code purchased. Please evaluate! 10-10-19 Terrible
