Terrible leads at a premium price

Zillow no longer screens the leads. 70% are a waste of time as most of the leads come from buyers who have agents. This is a great system if we decide to work for free. ?
Taking away past sales and reviews for realtors.

Absolutely appalled by the low tactics of taking away past sales for realtors and rumors about all of our reviews going away too. I manually added all of mine back a few days ago and they are gone again. When I try to add past sales now it will not allow it. Lowball, dirty strategy to filter leads directly through Zillow by not allowing the public to automatically see how successful an agent is or how experienced they are. I’m glad I have a solid sphere of influence, but this is a new low for the strangers that are moving hundreds of miles away. I’d love to be a part of a class action law suit from NAR which I hope is likely soon. ?

Just in the last couple of weeks, when I get a call and it says to press one, it won’t let me press one. It hangs up. It happened again just now. Very frustrating. I’ve been a premier agent since 2014 I believe, I’ve need had problems like I do now. When I do get to talk to someone, they are very frustrated about how everything is handled. 1-25-21 Two times today, I receive a call, the people can’t hear me talking. One person ended up hanging up on me as I was trying to connect. The last one heard me one time to hear my name and then kept saying I can’t hear you and hung up! Very frustrated here! The 1st person would never call me back. The second person just now will not answer my text or call. I depend on Zillow!

App now takes calls through the premier app. Completely buggy and most of the time, it doesn’t even give me an option to pick up the call in the app. This new switch over is absolute garbage. Bring back the actual phone calls and press 1 option.

Zillow has a lot of flaws, I discovered a listing today on February 8 2021 still showing active on Zillow that sold on January 29 2021. There are a lot of foreclosures and pre foreclosures listed that are either sold , some sold years ago , or no longer in pre foreclosure ( some months old or even years ) . I won’t even dive into how inaccurate your zestimates on pricing are , that’s just embarrassing. Updating doesn’t seem to be a priority any longer, more focused on other updates , like removing the listing agents contact info so the customer sees the premier agents instead . No one knows the listing better than the listing agent , this is a disservice to the customer . I am no longer impressed, I give you 1 star and that’s just a mercy point .
