Bad leads

I contacted a lead that was in my inbox and they hadn’t lived at the property for 20 years and had no knowledge of Zillow. What am I paying for? Fictional leads?

For the money I am paying to advertise on Zillow, this app should be far more dynamic than it truly is. I am very disappointed with real-time changes in listing statuses and pipeline data.

I’m working with a buyer who likes Zillow. I got an email telling me that she used her app to invite me to see properties she likes. When I clicked on the link, I couldn’t connect with her. I reached out to Zillow and got no response. I’ve checked my settings, reset the app, restarted my iPhone, and done all the diagnostic things I can think of. I reached out to Zillow again. No response. Si I guess I have to resort to leaving a crappy review to get your attention. Next stop Twitter.

This app is a GREAT way to waste your money on terrible leads. Roughly halve of the leads sent to me were looking for rentals and the other halve couldn’t get pre approved and I was at the number three spot in my area!!! Seriously don’t waste your money.
Not worth using. Almost all callers have their own agents and Zillow does not screen this.

I tried out this service, it was not worth the money at all and when I tried to cancel, they won’t take my call or call me back. They keep charging me and there is no way to cancel on this app or the website!

I signed up about a month ago and I’ve not gotten a single viable lead. Additionally, all the leads except one are below the $500k price point. I’m beginning to feel like Zillow took advantage of me and won’t be doing anymore with the company after my two months are up.

Yep Zillow has decided that they should destroy all the agents in the area that aren’t listing. Not to mention the changes in how they categorize listings. I noticed a new house that came on the market- the next time I looked at the listing it said 14 days. Unethical I’d say. They tell you that they’re going to give you leads and you get the crappiest leads available you know your market and lead price range! It’s time to put your thumb on these folks and Tell them no more!!!!! Not to mention private Conversations that I have had with a rep is being shared with a New companies owner. Sure your company taped it but that doesn’t mean you have the right to share it! The fact is I was told by the owner you are using it against me. I’ve been with your company for 6+ years. Paid a lot and had good success. Even won awords.
