This app is among the worst. It's not intuitive. Not user friendly. Crashes half way through an upload and saves the info but doesn't allow for edits...if there is an edit feature, it's so hard to find that it created more frustration than advantage. I do not recommend

This app on an iPad is complete trash. Zillow rental manager on my droid works without problems when I try to sign into this app on my iPad it keeps kicking me out saying it is only available two realtors and brokers. I am one! There is no contact information of any kind on the frequently asked questions page on their website which is useless. Furthermore when I use the app on my droid and delete a listing it never deleted from Trulia and I will get phone calls for weeks on end of expired listings. It is very frustrating I wish they never took over postlets it was a much better operating system!

Zillow had my new listing, a SFR as an apartment and had the open house an hour early. The next day as inactive. All the other websites had the correct information from the MLS. Not the first time for Zillow. Please buyers, do yourself a favor and use any other website.

I like the fact that all of my leads come in real time. But it doesn't help that the emails and text messages are sent from the app instead of your phone. So unless you go back into the app you can see the contact that you have had with that person

So far I have been a premier agent for about a week... This app helps me keep my leads in one place and us easy to respond and/or touch base with my potential clients. I also love the review request feature, it is so easy to use!!

I think it's pretty awesome that I can get an email from a client who has seen one of my listings on Zillow and then contacted me through their website. I can respond in the app almost instantaneously! I would imagine that that is pretty impressive communication to a potential buyer!
