I can’t edit a single photo the app crashes its really annoying. The app is usually good but right now I can’t even use it.

Tremendous Post Processing Application...... I love every feature.......It makes post processing easy and it’s developers are diligent in their efforts to stay current with Apple Updates...... This already an EXCEPTIONALLY EASY TO USE APPLICATION…. WE CAN MAKE IT BETTER… One added request….THE EYE DROPPER one that is able to pick a color in EVERY Tool that utilizes the Eye dropper. EXAMPLE WHEN I am cresting border. Have the Eye,Dropper Tool as an option so that I can pick a very specific color from the image itself to use as the color of my frame.. More frame choices such as rounded interior and exterior corners. .

App was fine until they changed the custom upload settings for literally no reason. There’s obviously no reason for them to require an account now besides getting your information

I edited over 200 photos I came back a day later and it shows I edited 200 photos but when I click on a majority of the photos it’s as if I haven’t touched it.

I’ve been using this app for YEARS and have never had a real issue with it. For the past five days, when I’m choosing a filter (and adjusting it and so on) it’s fine. It’s when I’m saving the image that’s the problem. As soon as I hit “save copy” it blacks out the screen for a couple seconds, then the screen is completely white for a couple more seconds, and then it resets to “open photos” & “use existing photo” and it just keeps happening every time I try to save it. I’ve even gone into another app to save a different copy/change the size of it etc to see if that could be a solution but it happens regardless. Once I think I’ve fixed it on the one photo, I feel relieved, then it does the same exact thing for the next photo. I haven’t used Polarr in 24 hours, trying to see if it needed a break or something, but that did nothing. Today I see that there was an update, but even after updating it, it’s happening. I don’t know what to do.

Purchased in 2016, full version, and assured there would never be any further purchases. Emails reflecting my purchase would be grandfathered from any further cost per the original agreement. I now have two different versions, one on my IPAD pro that now asks for money for every thing I used to use, so I am now locked out. However, the one on my iPhone seems to still be operation, but the format is very awkward, and editing on a Iphone screen Is less than acceptable.I did contact Polarr in regards to this issue over one month ago, exchanged over 11 emails, and various screen shots to a woman name Scarlett. Nothing has been corrected on my issue since August 1st, (41 days now). I have sent her screen shots of my app purchases, Polarr edits with the computer dates from my file logs. Today is 12-25-2021, they still require money if I want any upgrades, no horizontal screen support for your iPad or horizontal images you wish to work within on a full scale. Although this program is decent, it in not nearly as good as it once was.
crashes when using border tool

the border tool is just what i needed - i wanted to be be able to add white letterboxes to create a different aspect ratio. very helpful! only problem is the app crashes every time i try to save the image. please consider fixing this bug and it will be perfect!

I really love this app, it’s really easy to add filters to photos. But I wish we could edit gifs too! Please add that. It would make this app an automatic 5 stars for me personally.
