So sad

A perfect blend

I used to love this app and recommended to everyone I knew who was into photo editing. The new update makes this impossible to use. It craps out almost every time I open it and if I do manage to get a step in, it’s completely confusing and the features I loved most are gone. I had the premium subscription and I’ve officially canceled it. I’ll be deleting this app and searching for a good replacement

Taking too much storage

lolmyopinion

I’ve been having problems with your app taking 3-4GB of my storage space and I have an iPhone so I have no way of clearing cache and I really don’t understand why it’s even taking that much space in the first place? And don’t get me started on it crashing every 5 seconds….

WOULD BE 5 stars

NORMALLY 5 Starts. After the recent Update… practically Unusable. i really hate the new update. all the default polarr styles are no longer automatically in my “inventory”!!! i have to manually download each one by one in a clunky interface. please stop updating this interface. you made it so much worse. at least have your defaults downloaded. i’ve been using this app for years, used to had a subscription and it’s amazing until this awful new user interface. ugh please change it back.

Crashes often, great app

I love this app and it’s my favorite to edit photos on. I have paid for the full version so I have access to all the features, and it does the trick for quick edits with great results. But lately it’s been crashing more so than usual. Whenever I try to load a style the screen flashes white then the app crashes altogether. The app is great, and I would definitely give it five stars otherwise.

If it ain’t broke…

I used to love Polarr. It was the only editing app that I truly enjoyed and didn’t think it was overrated. I dedicated myself to this app and believed it to be the best of the best, the pick of the litter, the finest, most upper crust photo editing app. But then, the update completely shattered that thought. It is confusing and difficult to use. I want to go back to the old days, when I could just simply choose a filter and slap it on. Why make it complicated?

Constantly crashes when adding a frame with 4:5 ratio and save as a copy

Like the title suggests. Always crashes. Your team needs a testing personnel. I mean, this quality and you are expecting people to subscribe? Grow up a little plz

Used to be good but the update is terrible

Got Milk

Title says it all. I used to be a pro subscriber but now that everything has changed for the worse I no longer pay and do not like Polarr any more.

Terrible update ruins app

bp_ig

Before this update, I'd have given the app 5 stars. Why, when all the other photo editing tools appear at the bottom of the screen — why, WHY, would styles be moved to a different tab? And if adding extra clicks and confusion weren't bad enough, the update now requires me to go through different collections to find and individually add my favorite styles before I can use them. But even worse from a usability standpoint, the styles now display in reverse order within collections, so it's difficult to even figure out which ones I used to use. I'm a long-time user and Polarr WAS one of the few apps I gladly paid to subscribe to. Not any more. I'm cancelling, but would gladly resubscribe if this nonsense is fixed in a future update.

Good app

It is so good for the photos

Got worse over time

This app was great when I first got it a few years back. The spot tool was great, there was text options too and perspective change but suddenly all of that got erased with recent upgrades. It was really disappointing to pay annually for tools that I used most every time I did editing for them to be removed for the sake of them trying to create their own social space for sharing photos that they keep pushing. I guess if you only care about making your own filters and not editing this is fine for you but I don’t doubt they’ll make more changes that are inconvenient too.
