I had some of my most used filters saved for easier use and now they’re all gone? Makes everything so much harder than it needs to be

Love your app but I’ve been noticing that every time I click a filter .. the picture that I’m editing flashes and sometimes you have to click a few times to get the correct filter. Please fix , and thank you

This was my favorite edit app BEFORE the update. They new update took away all my favorite filters and features and even the menus and options are so confusing now. We used to be able to use the pro features once a day which we no longer can. I wish I had never updated my app.

polarr was one of my favorite editing apps and now i can’t even understand how to use it, the layout was fine until the new update, im begging u guys to undo the update ?? what app am I supposed to use now ?

Hello!!! My names Debra. My kid got this app and said its awesome and she puts filters for her Instagram posts for "Charlie Damelio"!? IDK!!!!!!??! But I have a concern, She says that this app tastes like garbage. Please reach back and remember to WAP!!!! ??????????

wasn’t a huge fan of the big update where it changed the layout and filters, but i got over it. now though it glitches ALL the time, and recently i’ve been getting a popup for “insufficient space, the latest changes couldn’t be saved” when i load a picture to edit which i don’t understand in the first place but also like. i have over 30 gb of space left on my phone but whatever you say polarr ?

Ok so I’ve been using polarr for quite a while now. It was perfect for all my photo edits and more, but recently when I tried opening up Polarr it wouldn’t open?? It would load up and then go straight to a black screen. I’ve tried to shut down my device, it didn’t work, I’ve tried restarting my device, it didn’t work, I’ve even tried deleting it and reinstalling it again! It still hasn’t worked. Can you please fix this?

Subscription apps will never be installed on my phone. I was pretty excited to not see subscription info listed so I installed the app. Surprise. And deleted. Why can’t people make a one time purchase option??? $20 and you own it. Missing millions of customers. Oh well. A shame really; I’m an artist with a pretty decent following. And I beta test art and music apps. Keep these things in mind for the future and I’ll gladly reinstall the app.
