You have one job: make sure your product works. It doesn't. The support tab in your App is useless. The support part of your website it sends you to is also useless. Do you f*cking jobs. Fix your sh*t.

For those complaining about the app not syncing around September 6, 2016: Delete the app then reboot. Reinstall the app and then sync. It worked for me!

In the beginning, it was syncing out of date, mixing up activities between days. Then it started crashing half way through the service sync. Had to reinstall. Then it crashed while syncing with Polar Loop, had to reinstall yet again. Then if you also use Polar Beat App for training, it would duplicate training entries in the Apple Health App. Now it simple crashes again at the beginning of the service sync... Too many opportunities to fix these issues; very disappointed that I'm stuck with an activity monitoring bracelet that has such poor software interface.
Update your watch too

This app had problems syncing to my M400. I updated the app and the firmware on the watch and now it's working again. Unfortunately, I lost some workout data so I'm giving the app 4 stars.
