Won't sync!

I love my A300 but the app is trash. I've been trying to sync for the last two days with no luck. Please help!

This app would be great to use as it connects with Apple health... The only problem is that it doesn't let me sync my watch to the app. Every time I try it says Sync has failed? Really should fix this problem as it is a very frequent problem with this app.

New version will not play training videos

When you go to a workout from the training Screen and try to play the video the app gives a white screen and becomes unusable.

Glitch in update

Map data from run failed to load to desktop version after run this morning. It shows in my iPhone 6 app, but not everything is transfering to desktop properly since last update. Polar has the most complicated system for giving feedback... I shouldnt have to enter my device serial # and a ton of other info just to leave feedback on the website to say something stopped working in the newest update. I love my M400 watch, but software issues can be frustrating at times.

Fails to sync

Just bought an A300, downloaded and installed latest device firmware. Downloaded this app and tried to sync, fails every time or times out. Going to be returning this crap!!

Please ignore all the 1 star reviews Update: thank you for listening to my suggestion :), I love the new training program and I'm using it with my m400 with heart rate to train for cross country. The effort put into the new app and programs is just awesome. I was here since last year and you guys have improved significantly on the user experience and the usability for athletes like me. Thank you ??. Although there has been some crashing before but I think it's fixed. It's really good at tracking all stuff but I wish on the apple health stuff that it also collects the amount of sleep and hope that you guys add a fitness plan maker for running. Add: I don't see any problems of syncing like the people in here are saying, and I really like the charts overviews and all. Great job polar you deserve more good reviews.

Don't bother, app does not work

Consistently does not connect to your device. Same problem with an M450 and an M400. Polar seems to largely ignore there is a problem when you contact their customer service. Bottom line; do not use this app and save yourself much frustration.

Update Broke Synching for V650

The Bluetooth synching feature had been working prior to this update, at least for me using the latest firmware on the V650 and my iPhone 6 running the latest iOS. This is a cool feature (when it works), but it is not non-functional. Please fix this problem soon, Polar! :-(

I have the A360. Getting the info to the app from the device doesn't always happen! I love the device but the app needs a lot of work. I wish I would've considered FITBIT more!!!

I love the app, I love the concept and design and everything, it syncs perfectly for me but there is just one problem that has been bothering me. I use the app Polar Beat and Polar Flow, and whenever I exercise using Polar Beat it syncs with the Flow app (the little icon appears) but in the activity percentage it appears like I did absolutely nothing, the calories I burned don't sum up, and it's like I basically did nothing. It would be really nice if it did! Please fix!!
