It takes very long time to sync. I can't add the food I eat to compare how many calories I am eating vs how many I am burning. My polar scale always have isSues reflecting the data on the app. The gps and heart zones are really good, the battery too. Is a good product.

If you like and use the Polar Beat app, you'll be... disappointed at how pointless and useless Polar Flow is. The app syncs poorly (it's often missing my latest workout, even the next day still missing). Training Load might be a useful feature if it actually existed, but it's secret analysis Polar claims to present to you but in fact is not presented anywhere. Basically the app doesn't wotk and adds zero value.

For the last year, every three months or so, it stops syncing. In the last two days, the app says it synced, but the screens don't update. I've had to uninstall/reinstall multiple times, and only partial data shows up. Have to sync with my computer to see the data in the diary. All of my other polar products have lasted forever--the Loop2 started failing in year 2 of ownership. The Flow App is unreliable and worthless--probably why it's free.

Easy to use, keeps me honest and on track. The polar monitor bracelet is indestructible.

I used to really like the app and had no problems syncing until the most recent version. Now it never wants to sync with my phone and I constantly have to sync by plugging into my computer.
