Sleep tracker

Weedowee

Not really impressed with the sleep tracker module. No way to set the time that you go to bed and wake up to see how many hours of restful sleep you are really getting.

A360

Jinalru

can you give another update for A360 firmware on calculation towards the distance of running than compiling it in the daily walk when doing a running activity

Love the Flow

Zolo-K9

Generally very pleased with the polar flow app. I use it every day—sometimes the sync takes some time or a couple of tries.

Manual sync, lack of sports profiles

Cisras

After using a Fitbit for a long while, I was used to an auto-sync. I don’t like having to remember to manually sync up my band to the app. They also had HIIT and elliptical options for exercise. I think this app could learn a thing or two from the Fitbit app.

Excellent app

Johandre

All the data you need in a click ok a button

Great app

emills10

I really enjoy the features it provides. The only thing I wish it had was capability to show battery life percentage. Just a little difficult to gauge when my watch is running low and it doesn’t provide a percentage when I sync it

Pretty good

Detritusboy

Love the options I have for activities I can record. I like the active circle for the day. I don’t like the sleep info. I switched from Fitbit to polar and I really liked their sleep bar graph that I could see a week or month at a time of sleep to see my trends. Haven’t seen a similar display in Polar Flow.

Waste of time and space

App is garbage. Doesn’t sync. Bugged my Bluetooth on my Mac. Totally waste of space.

Polar solo bueno

Me encanta la aplicación y la marca Polar, estoy muy feliz con esta aplicación y me ayuda mucho en mi deporte !!!

Useless

After the last update, I haven’t been able to sync my Polar M400 with the app. It’s completely useless. Please do something.
