Bad app

Mrminer512

I think that that A360 is the best at being accurate with HR, steps, and activity. However, for the price that app should be rocking and it is not even what I would consider basic. There are three apps needed in order to determine your calorie consumption, calorie burn, and the details of your calorie burning workout. It is far behind every other fitness band out there in the app category. They need some serious work to make the app more robust.

Why all the hate.

This is by far the best fitness tracking app there is. Not sure why everyone hates it or is having so many problems but it works flawlessly for me. The online app is even better but the mobile app is great too

My A360 is not syncing

Might have to return it!!!

Just brought this watch and app. Im glad they fixed the sync problem with recent update. Like others, I had trouble with that. My issue is the inability to change the time from a 24 hour format to 12 hour format and no customer service to assist. During initial set up I picked the correct time display. Also want to change the date to the U.S display where month and day are read left to right. The hr monitor on the watch is slow to respond. When on the treadmill / stair-master or other gym devices my heart rate on watch is about 20 beats lower than machine reads and takes at least a min to get close to machine numbers and seems to have trouble holding my heart rate. I believe most of the time it reads a lower heart rate and therefore overall daily calories burned are low. My basis peak was a lot better in HR monitoring which is the most important feature of the watch. App is nice. great breakdown of rested and active state. Hopefully improvements continue to be made.

New update fixed all my problems.

With new update training videos cannot be viewed in the app. Causes crash. ****update**** New version has corrected this problem. Love this app

Step up

Ghjyuit345

Step up and put some money into the development of apps that are helpful and sync. I wish I had learned about the apps prior to purchasing the loop 2. The flow app will not sync on my phone. The beat app won't recognize my HR7 monitor, but digifit and other apps will. Wish I had only got the HR monitor. The rest is worthless.

Frustrating

Theunrulypotatoprincess

I have constant problems syncing my polar loop, and now when I try to access my activities tab it just closes the app and puts me back at the home screen!!! If actual time and dedication was put into this, it would be great. Might just buy a fit but instead.

Polar app needs work like yesterday!

Yolee1998

It take forever to sync with my polar 360... And I am not exaggerating when I say forever!! Please get someone to fix this!! I love my polar product just hate to have to sync it on my computer all the time...??

Terrible!!

Mgabyple

This app needs a complete makeover. My polar loop won't sync, I had to do a hard reset on my phone and it deleted the little data I had in the app. I'm never on my PC so syncing through the website is the last option for me. I do everything on my phone and thought the app would be a great help. I've had Jawbone and Fitbit and their apps work really well, very disappointed With this one though...

Give them time

I've had my V800 for a little over a year. The flow app worked fine until recently, and in time I'm sure they'll get it fixed. Hands down they have the best heart rate monitor and sports watch on the market. Lately it seems that marketing is running things instead of engineering, now that have lots of products that kind of work.
