I paid the 13.99- expected what I got last year. Took me almost an hour to create 1 video after it kept crashing and giving me problems. Told myself last year I wouldn’t do it again but my kids enjoyed it- but the struggle is real to complete 1 video. I have 2 more Togo Check on my health tomorrow plz

Photos not uploading

I have paid for the premium membership again this year but I cannot get photos uploaded. It keeps giving me an error message about the elves. I haven’t been able to use any of the videos and I’m making sure my app is the most up to date available. It’s extremely frustrating and my children keep checking for their videos from Santa.

I’ve had this since my son was three, and each year he loves waiting to get his first video. Wish he could believe for another 10. Love to watch his face when Santa says his name.

Best Santa App ever

It is the best app period. It lets you personalize every last detail for example when it “FaceTimes” the kids you can put names they are familiar with in it as well. I put in names of their cousins, and in the video they will see said cousins names and their big books on the shelves. You put a picture of your house on it and Santa will zoom in from a map. It has video messages that a personalized for them all year round such as for birthdays. And then even more detailed calls to encourage them to behave better, listen to mom and dad, pee in the potty etc as well as congratulating them on behaving well in school. If theirs a new family member, if a family can’t be with them and the child misses them!!! So worth the money (and only under $10!)

Santa made a mistake!

I have used this app for three years and never had a problem. This year on the first call Santa called my granddaughter Charlotte, CARLITO! She had been upset for two days now wondering why Santa called her that! Very confused

I paid for the $13 unlimited package but every time I upload a photo the app goes to black and freezes. I can’t get a single video finished and I have tried over 10 times. I’ve tried many different solutions (lower res pics, different iPhone). Good concept but waste of money due to this glitch.
