My kids love the videos, but could be better.

Would be great if you could provide more than 2 premium videos per year, especially considering your price is higher every year. I have three kids, and I can’t show them identical videos. So two of them get premium videos and one ends up with a free one. But now a free one is deactivated due to high traffic and I can’t even make a video for her. High traffic on Christmas Eve, ya think?! Really disappointed.

I’ve been using this service for a couple of years, I have captured my son’s reactions since he was 3 years old and they are truly precious. This is totally worth it, highly recommend it!!
Very disappointed this year

I got a premium subscription like last year. This year though, I can’t create a video due to high traffic, there’s no elf changing voice anymore, the dates for my child always end up wrong. He had a video for his birthday 12/11/13, therefore he is 4 years old but in the video it keeps coming out as he’s turning 3. Very disappointing app and won’t be getting it next year again. To pay $13.99 for a subpar app has been my mistake this year.
Unable to Create Videos

Just purchased and made a video for one of my children but can’t make any more because it has been “Temporarily deactivated due to high traffic”. I paid the $13.99 for the unlimited magic calls and can’t even use it. Not worth it if they’re going to deactivate parts.

Worked great last year, not great this year. Asked for my money back within the 10 day guarantee and didn’t get it. Still tried and tried to get it to work and still doesn’t upload pictures. Old house, last years pics that I can’t use. The phone message will not allow me to send. Then it says that it failed and will not let me try again unless I create another phone call. It’s frustrating and I should have been given my money back. Will never buy again.
Can’t get calls to work

One of the many reasons that I thought this app for my son what is to be able to have him enjoy not only the videos but the phone calls as well every time I keep trying to use the program to send a phone call it keeps timing out and failing and won’t make the calls very disappointing especially since I paid for the premium access.

I’ve been a feee customer for years, but they gutted the free video to include almost nothing it used to. Now, to get the same features in your video that were formerly free, you have to pay. So, OK, fine — I’ll pay. Except that the “submit” button isn’t working on their site. I tried it from the app, and three different browsers on my computer. Put in a ticket and, surprise, surprise... “we’re experiencing high volume” and they’ll get back to me in 48 hours. Just in time for my son to get his Christmas eve call from Santa on 12/27. You lost me. Bye, bye, Santa.

I'm trying to capture my daughters reaction using the "reaction recorder" and it's not working. It's very upsetting because I loved this app and downloaded it because of the good reviews and this feature isn't working. Help please!
