My 4 children love the messages from Santa.

The videos are incredible, and my kids love them!!! but unfortunately they use the same ones every year. Which I didn’t recognize, but my 6 year old daughter did, and called me out that it was fake, because the elf fell in the machine last year too. ?

I have been using this app for two years and the website the first year before that. It is an amazing wonderful way to allow you child to engage in the magic of Santa. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

No longer a good app

Been using this for a few years now. The app is terrible now. A lot of content from the past has been taken away. I paid for the full version and there is little to no content. On top of that videos take so long to be processed now for some reason. In the past it was quick. Lastly the optimization for iPhone X is just terrible. Its like they didn't even try.

Now you have to pay for EVERYTHING!!

I’ve been using this app foreverrrrr. They even email me when the holidays come around so I won’t forget to use them. Now the want you to pay for everything. This is ridiculous so upset right.

I paid $10 for the ability to see the reaction of the recipient. But in fact, it shows the senders reaction! And then... U have to send it by email. There is no option to send it by text which would be easier for sender and recipient. Ridiculous. The free one is all you need. Don't waste your money! Also, tried to contact developer but, of course, it doesn't work!

As much as I love this APP (we’ve been using it for a few years), there was a lot more included in the free video than there is this year. It saddens me that the only free option is not personalized at all, except for a picture. Money hungry for the holidays ?

The callback feature, some of the kids tools, and voice recordings don’t work. My app also freezes and makes it hard to share. Not sure I would renew next year
