Not as good as it used to be

I’m very disappointed. I loved PNP in the past, but it’s just not as good. The pictures you upload are a good size, but in the videos they’re smaller & not as easy to see, especially when the sparkles are over them.

I love this app last year. I was able to create a video for my son, granddaughter and my goddaughter. I could to send it to my granddaughter and god daughter and they loved it. This year I have tried sending it and posting it but when you click the link it only takes you to the site, no video. It was disappointing! My son got to watch it this year but can’t sent it to anyone else.
Does Not Work, Will Not Upload, No Support

I’ve been waiting for at least a week for them to tell me how to attach a photo to one of the videos so I can use this after paying. The way one would think it would work just doesn’t (the typical select your picture from the gallery and click done). When I select my picture from the gallery, it slightly grays out. That’s the only indication that it’s selected. The only thing left to do at that point is click “done”. After which I get the same lame error every time: “Oopsies! The Invengineer elves had some trouble uploading the photo. Please try again” I have an iPhone 6s with IOS 11.1.2 (15B202) and PNP App Version 4.0.48.
Need to fix the bugs

This is my 3rd year purchasing this. My son loves seeing Santa and his elves! But there are some issues with playing the videoes this year
App still not working with IPhone 7

The app isn’t working. It keeps shutting down. Sound is also very low. Will not allow me to load photos. Even after the update you released today.

This app is totally worth the money. For under $15 you get exclusive access to customizable videos and phone calls from Santa. My 4 yr old looks forward to these conversations with Santa before bed, and he always reminds her to be good and listen to her parents. This is s must for the holiday season.
