Love the video, didn’t record my child’s reaction

Love the video and was excited to record my son’s reaction. After the app tried to upload the recording I received an error message and now the moment is lost.

Love the videos but is hard to figure out what you are buying.

Sadly, the reaction recorder is not working for me despite having paid the full price for the Magic Pass again this year. Tried everything to fix to no avail. Kids still enjoy the videos, but the reaction recorder was the best feature in the app. Extremely disappointing not to have the reaction recorder videos this year

It's a great app but I purchased their Magic pass for $14 and they said it's good for one year. It didn't last for a month. It's Christmas Eve and I was planning to do the Christmas Eve videos with my kids. I am so disappointed. I can't afford to purchase another Magic Pass. They haven't respond about this issue.
