My daughter was delighted the first time I use this app. She was six then and is seventeen now! My son looks forward to it every year, and my nieces and nephews were also welcomed to it. Each year the kids look forward to hearing their names called out by Santa all listening if they had a good or a not so good year. As a family we love it! Thank you for sharing Christmas with us PNP year after year! ;)

They look on the child's face when you tell them santa emailed them. Is priceless. Fifth year i have used the AP and every year is more unbelievable.

I paid $13 to get “all access” to personalize and send to my grandkids. They absolutely LOVE getting the Santa videos. Love hearing their name, and seeing pics of their family, friends, house, and other stuff right from Santa! How does he know? It’s a “wow” factor, and keeps the belief alive just a little bit longer and stronger. To me this is priceless. I’ve spend this amount of money and more for lesser things. This is truly a priceless and worthwhile App. Nothing is more exciting to me than watching a child’s face light up with joy. This App lets you record their reaction when they get the video. I love the “Bedtime Stories” from around the world with Santa. The “Big Book” is a personal favorite. My grandkids LOVE seeing inside Santa’s Workshop and what’s going on at the North Pole. Nothing wrong with this App, aside from a few glitches here and there. But they get fixed quickly. I have no affiliation with this company or App, but the negative comments truly don’t belong here. Technology is ever changing and Apps and websites need to keep up. Not to mention improving a product. In stead of complaining. Contact customer service or use the Apps “FAQ or Help” section. This is my second year and still loving it! BTW you can send to adults too! Keep the spirit of Christmas alive and fun! Great App

I been using this app for 6 years, a lot new feature where added through it and it sometime had small issues. Now I am unable to upload pictures or finishing a video without crashing or freezing up. Kind of disappointed waisting 2 1/2 hours on freezing and reboot. Fix this APP for 13.99$ is not worth 1 star! SHAME DO NOT BUY UNTILL THEY FIX IT
