Created a video for my granddaughter and after trying to view it several times kept getting a message that there were technical difficulties. Tried to get the video the next day and now my free trial is over. What a waste.

Very difficult to navigate and create takes a while or an hour to get this done this really needs to be fixed.

Frozen reaction upload

I thought the reaction upload was a great addition this year. Because I always have to get two phones to record my kids reaction. It only work one time and then it froze and it still uploading it two because rmy kids still love Givingj UFC videos and calls from Santa! Please fix reaction of the load that’s frozen. 2021 update: news on behavior says to make a call and call never goes through tried it six times on three different days to two different phone numbers I’m sick of this app disappointing my kids. As soon as I bought the unlimited pass the app I started working like crap.

I’ve always have been able to create 2 free videos, but this year only one. I didn’t want to pay so only did the video for youngest grandchild. Very disappointed!

Been using the app for years and we love(d) it until today. Trying to make a Christmas Eve video for kids and it won’t let me. I click “buy” or “get” for magic pass and it says I have a subscription; however it wont let me make any videos. Very disappointing.
