I bought the 14.99 premium package. When I went to make a Christmas Eve video for my daughters, it kept sending me to the screen to buy a subscription, which I already paid for. The bot to provide tech support help was no help at all. Save your money!

Won’t allow you to make the one free video. Makes you create account after choosing all options and then says free trial is over. Perfect example of bait and switch.

We signed up for unlimited yearly videos. We were supposed to have access to one video call on Christmas Eve. When we try to create it we are asked to pay again. It sounds like a scam.
Where’s the free video???

Your advertising a free video but it’s no where to be found. Can’t even see what the video looks like. Don’t care about the $6.00 but don’t say free video. Waste of my time. Can’t review the video to decide if I want to pay it. No thanks feels like a scam

Loved the app until they got greedy! Started charging just to upgrade but now they won’t even let you get any of the messages without paying?! Lame

I selected the correct pronunciation of my daughters name and it said Mia wrong. It said Mya. I tried to make an edit and it will not allow. She heard it and was disgusted. Shame on you PNP. You were always great in the past. But you are corporate and lazy. DONT GIVE THIS TO YOUR CHILDREN WHO STILL BELIEVE!!!
