Such a cool concept but man they’re out to make that $$$. Everywhere you look it’s all about $$ this and $$ that. It’s a shame because it take all the fun out of it when an ad pops up every 5 second.Other than that if you don’t mind paying for the subscription then the quality of the videos is great. Truly believable videos.

Claims you get one free video but once you create an account it says free trial is over and you don’t even get that 1 video

I purchase a one-year subscription that expires today and still shows Active in my account. When updating the app, it deleted my account and, when I was finally able to log in, my suscriptuin purchase was deleted. There is no way to recover it. I opened a claim and got no response yet. I do not recomend you to purchase it- they do not provide support and just take your money.

We usually love this app and have for years HOWEVER this year when I went to renew and spend the $14.99 for our Christmas Eve videos for our kids no matter how many times I refreshed the app or restarted it, it wouldn’t acknowledge I already renewed and kept asking me to pay again. I ended up not being able to even use our membership for 2021 and do videos for our kids this year. I’m writing this review on 12/25 in the evening after Christmas is basically over and I just checked my email for the 14.99 receipt but I wasn’t even able to use the service.
