A little configuration on your part on the server and it does a LOT for you. Great app. A few things I'd design differently, but overall, I really love Plex.

The Plex app allows you to view media on your server, even when not at home, or control another Plex media client (like a Roku or AppleTV). It works well and is seamless in its implementation.

If you are using Plex, this is an amazing companion App. It lets you watch your Plex media from anywhere, and download it for offline viewing. Any time I travel, I use this app to take my TV shows and movies with me.
