UNABLE TO CAST

Ok so hopefully someone here can help me! I paid like $5.99 for this app AND IT DOES NOT CAST! I downloaded it to my iPhone 6S Plus, created my account, then successfully paired the app to my smart tv! I have a Vizio tv which is already working with Google SmartCast and Google Cast! However, when I try to cast anything (pic or video) from my camera role to my tv, I get an error message "sorry something went wrong unable to cast"!!! WTH!?

Plex is amazing. Tell it where your media files are, and it lets you play them anywhere - reliably! No converting necessary, it works with every media format I've thrown at it. It automatically downloads metadata for the media, so it all looks nice and pretty. It even plays TV show theme songs when you're picking an episode - very slick. Stop messing with iTunes and trying to trick it into working well. Just use Plex!

Hasn't worked in a while. Was working great and my set up hasn't changed. Would be nice to watch PLEX outside of my home like I used to. Very disappointed
