Was working excellent and is an app I do enjoy. But this recent update has caused the app to run slow and be sluggish. I’ve tried everything. But when in the app, everything either is sluggish or it just freezes and stops for 5 minutes then catches up and repeats.

The all is no longer working on iOS through multiple updates. Disappointing.

Wow! Good to see that I’m not alone with the app being so slow it’s unusable. Please fix ASAP.

Constant lag while loading anything. Crashes after a few pushes and it’s constant. I have the most up to date iOS update and rebooted phone and closed out of all other tabs.

The app has been literally unusable for the last week or so. It works so slow that I can’t even scroll a centimeter down the page or type a single character into the search bar. This has been the only app that has been not functioning at all on my phone. Don’t pay for it like I did, because it’s completely unreliable

Everything is up to date yet Plex app in iPhone keeps crashing. iPhone 10xs max and OS and Plex app are up to date. Also video files are downloading at a “normal rate” (one or two minutes) yet music files take about 3-4 minute to download (per song not album) under 5G home network. Then Plex randomly deletes albums and tries to download them again at 3-4 minutes per song. Was working great and app started going down hill really bad recently. Getting very frustrated, please help.

Been an avid Plex subscriber for 6 years and this is the most unstable version yet. Aside from the new video player/decoder desyncing audio for half my media and chewing through my battery, half the time the app fails to even load at all requiring a full device reboot. The team is too focused on adding crap no one is asking for instead of fixing bugs that have plagued the system for years, or adding simple quality of life features people have been begging for for years. It’s quite disheartening to see this system I’ve sunk so much time and effort into devolve over the years and leave their core audience behind (who made their whole business possible).
