Zero stars for bot customer service

Good alternative to cable but customer service is not there. Limited operating hours. West coast hours and zero stars for bot support

The channel selection is pretty good. Price is reasonable. Service is terrible. Phone lines are NOT 24X7, which should be standard for a service that runs 24X7. If you have a problem outside of their phone support times of 6am to 8pm Pacific time (who uses Pacific time for support?!). They won’t be detecting outages outside of that time, so you are out of luck if the service goes down like it has while I write this review!
The app runs in the background!!!
Quality collection
Despite turning off background refresh in settings, the app runs in the background and plays the channels after exiting the app. It’s draining the battery and It’s annoying because i keep forgetting. Please fix ASAP

Keep getting errors and having to relogin. Not my network connection because none of my other internet uses are losing connection just psvue

Keeps logging us off and having to relogin every time we open the app. Happens to each device we use. Also the app thinks we are in a different city or away from our home network. Already went online to “fix the home location”. Of course these problems occurs after they raised the price again.

Join for about 2years. Monthly fee hasn’t stop growing every 6 months or I lose channels
Beat so far. As far as cutting cable/satellite options are concerned

Finally found a great service with all the sports channels, including BeIn sports(!!!! ) and 2 Hallmark Channels! I thought YouTube tv had me but PS VuE has it beat.

Connection failure common even with 15 megabytes fast connection. Everything else is great.

This has honestly been one of the worst experiences with a streaming app ever! I have constant skips and pauses during my streams!My internet is great, so we shouldn't have any issues. Tryin to get in touch with customer support is laughable! Might as well save our time! I will give them the sports channels as I love them-so much, but hopefully they stop the skips and pauses before football season!
